He is survived by: his son Chris Frazier (Jeannie) of Hinton; his grandchildren, Trista Frazier of El Reno, Shawna Moore of Hinton, April Frazier, Weston Frazier, Joey Frazier and Dylan Frazier; and his great grandchildren, Addison of Cadyn, CJ, Creed and Izabella.
