He is survived by: his sister Debbie Hoffman (Kirk) of Hinton, Oklahoma; his nephew Kris Hoffman (Natasha); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katerina and Sophia; his niece Kori Turner (Andee); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brylane, Elli, Jagor, Dru and Quin; his niece Kimi Dahlenburg (Dallas); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Denver, Demi and Dakota; and his aunt Betty Ann Darr Gray. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends.
