He was predeceased by: his parents, Verneta Frances (Taylor) and Harry Knisley; and his brother Robert Hooten. He is survived by: his daughter Julia Costello; his son-in-law John; his grandchildren, Lauren and Ian; his sister-in-law Joyce Hooten; his nephews, Dale Hooten and Robert Hooten; his niece Robin Manly; Samantha of Plano, Texas..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are encouraged to Wheatheart Nutrition, 212 N. Spiece Ave., Watonga, OK 73772, as Lynn deeply cared about feeding the community.
