He is survived by: his wife Verna Warren; his daughters, Amy Miller of Lakewood, CO and Amber Smith of Hinton, OK; his grandchildren, Haylie Kile (Kord), Connor Smith (Candice) of Lookeba and Malorie Miller (Caleb Riley) of Stratford, OK; his great grandchildren, Brady McLemore, Rally, Crew Smith and Kage Kile; his sisters, Velma Nelson of Newalla, OK and Diane Dobbins of Oklahoma City; and his sister-in-law Cindy Sanders of Yukon, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
