With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Otis Baker (Hinton, Oklahoma), born in Welty, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 11, 2026 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Calvin Baker and Lizziebell Simmons Baker; his former wife June Baker; his granddaughters, Whitney Torres-Nguyen and Jamie Torres; his siblings, Louise Barnett, Annie Shackleford, Wanda Molder, Charlene Gear, Juanita, Juanima, Bill Baker, Andy Baker and Melvin Baker; his stepson Gary Roat; and his son-in-law Scott Lenaburg.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Baker of El Reno, Oklahoma; his daughters, Jeanie Torres (Charles) of Oklahoma City, Betty Lenaburg of Hinton and Connie Murray (Scott) of Hinton, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Kendra Owens (Glenn) of Edmond and Mark Roat (Jenny) of Valley Center, Kansas; his grandchildren, Ryan Lenaburg, Nicole Lenaburg, Justin Pitchford, Josh Pitchford, Brandon Skinner, Kasha Skinner and Ethan Roat; and his sister Geneva Howard of Chandler. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
