He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Rice and Naomi Rice. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rice; his children, J. Richelle Simms, Thad Rice, Angie Deviney (Brett) and Guy Grammer (Brandi Ritchie); and his sister Lula Maria Long. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one brother; one sister; and many nieces & nephews.
