She is survived by : her son Donald Lewis (Samantha) of Hobart, OK; her grandsons, William Lewis, Nick Murray (Kristian) of Adair, OK and Levi Lewis (Makenzie Wallace) of Nashville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Jadyn Alexandria, Luke Wayne, Alice Rose, Emma Gene and Layla Jo.
