He was predeceased by: his parents, Alene Bonds (Lee) and Vernell Norris; and his wife Verneda Norris. He is survived by: his children, Shanda, William and Brandon Norris (Tyleah); his grandchildren, Alaysiah Moon, Aliyah Moon, Alenah Norris, Zymire Lewis, Zaylan Norris, Zahmy Norris and Nasir Norris; and his siblings, Drudy Norris of Hobart, OK, Aldo Bonds of Hobart, OK, Rose Magee of Hobart, OK, Rosa Moses of Lawton, OK, Violet Scallion of Tulsa, OK and Aaron Scallion of Hobart, OK..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ray & Martha's Funeral Home (306 W 11th St, Hobart, OK 73651). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hobart Rose Cemetery.
