She is survived by : her children, Darrell Michael Blaine (Lisa) of Central High, OK and Dianna Gail Blaine Roark (Anthony) of Gotebo, OK; her grandchildren, Aprill Ridgeway (Travis) of Carnegie, OK, Jillian Martin (Chris) of Gotebo, OK, Ravon Ellis (Kevin) of Moore, OK, Jarilyn Blaine of New Haven, CT and Will Blaine of Central High, OK; her siblings, Jerry Gather of Hobart, OK, Dewey Gather of McAlester, OK, Lorene Hazle of Altus, OK and Louise Nix of Duncan, OK; and her close friend Gary Polm of Hobert, OK. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
