He was predeceased by: his brother William Ray Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Houston Smith and Kathy Lowe (Campbell); his wife Chanapha Phanduangneth Smith (Nancy); his children, Devon Lee Smith and Toni Necole Smith; and his siblings, Justin Ray Smith, Nikkitta Melcher and Nong of Hobart.
