He was predeceased by: his mother Yolanda Guoladdle (Wetselline); his daughter Darci Marie Guoladdle; his father William Guoladdle; his grandmother Lois Amaunkomo; his siblings, Myra Kim Guoladdle, Leota Welliver and Robert Guoladdle; and his sons-in-law, Sean Zotigh and Matt Dean.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Dean of Hobart, OK, Tina Guoladdle of Hobart, OK, Mercedese Guoladdle of Altus, OK and Shondae Guoladdle of Hobart, OK.; his stepson Jared Garrison of Hobart; his grandchildren, Mariah Zotigh, Daegan Dean, Jacob Dean, Juliette Zotigh, Victor Zotigh, Matthew Dean, Brandon Zotigh, Anastasia Zotigh and Willow Bennett; and his siblings, Teresa Guoladdle of Carnegie, OK, Renee (Scotty Jones), Margaret Guoladdle-Garcia of Hobart, OK, Mia (Audie Ahhaitty) and William Guoladdle of Oklahoma City, OK.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
