He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Parrish Stephenson and George Stephenson; his siblings, Jerry Stephenson and Nonabelle Funkhouser; his son Mark Case; his son-in-law David Stockton; and his grandsons, Bryan Robinson and Christopher Rudman.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Case; his children, Cindy Warren (Rick), Debbie Babione, Tammy Robinson, Ellen Beers and David Case; his daughter-in-law Jeannie Case; his sister Janet Walker (Toby); his grandchildren, Holli, Lindsay (Preston), Kaylee (Tim), Shannon (Zach), Matthew, Jamie (Jordan), Heather (Joshua), Sean (Raychel), Courtney (Levi), Hilary, Connor (Amanda), Zade, Dylan and Braden; and his great grandchildren, Mabry, Carlee, Chloe', Calleigh, Matthew, Remi, Ridlee, Turner, Lux, Bryan, Bradlee, Elaina, Maddux, Hayden, Reece, Lucas, Bryson, Marlie, Van, Emma, Penny and Lily.
