He is survived by : his daughter Macy Raeann Duffey; his parents, Kim Rae Grizzle (Mitchell) and Jason Grizzle of Holdenville; his siblings, Amber Worsham (Daniel) of Holdenville, Donald Duffey of Holdenville, Dakota Duffey of Holdenville, Makayla Duffey of Seminole, Bianca Grizzle of Holdenville, Zachary Grizzle (Olivia) of Holdenville, Beau Grizzle, Isabela Grizzle and Deante Grizzle of Seminole; and his grandmother Betty Mitchell of Carthage, MO. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
