He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Robert Sullivan, Sr. and Etta Louise Brumley Sullivan; his former wife Billie Jeanette Sullivan; his brother Bobby Sullivan; and his grandson Joshua Sullivan.

He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jane; his children, Danny Sullivan of Florida, Jody Briggs (Speedy) of Holdenville and Wendy Pingleton (Paul) of Yeager; his grandchildren, Zachary Sullivan (Bri), Miriam Green (Jeremy), James Ingham (Ezra), Jenna Briggs, John Richmond, Rachel Kremeier (Tobias), Patrick Pingleton (Mariah), Rebekah Davidson (Steven) and Ashley Pingleton; his great grandchildren, Quinton Sullivan, Aria Green and Ignatius Davidson; and his sister Gay Rarick (John) of Krugerville, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
