He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Maylen and Nancy Clark (Tiger); his wife Peggy Maylen; his siblings, Mary Louise Chotkey, Andy Clark, John Clark and Jimmy Clark; and his grandson Bryce Maylen.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Maylen, April Tucker of Meeker, OK, DeAnna Maylen of Wewoka, OK, DeWayne Maylen (Becky) of Holdenville, OK and Danny Maylen (Valerie) of Shawnee, OK; and his grandchildren, Christi Maylen, Meagan Tucker, Jeremiah Maylen, Courtney Stevenson, Mark Robbins, Riley Maylen, Garrett Mantooth, Montanna Maylen, Dakota Maylen, Taylor Trout and Brady Maylen. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A wake was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel (409 S Wewoka Ave, Wewoka, OK 74884). Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stout-Phillips Chapel (409 S Wewoka Ave, Wewoka, OK 74884). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery.
