He is survived by: his children, Randy Watkins of Hodgen, Oklahoma. and Tammy Welch (Richard) of Hodgen, Oklahoma.; his stepdaughters, Lola Salazar of Hollis and Elisa Zepeda (Eric) of Hollis, Oklahoma.; his son-in-law Jess Bowen of Nebraska; his siblings, Georgia Hammerbacher, Phylliss Fitch, Dorothy Davis, Charlotte Glascock and Ernest "Tuffy" Rucker; and his grandchildren, Tyler Bowen, Sadie Luman, Justus Welch, Aaron Bowen, Gene Welch and Addison Zepeda.
