He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Vargas, Mariah Vargas and Jesse Vargas, Jr.; and his siblings, Frank Vargas (Crystal), Ruben Vargas (Tammy), David Vargas, Anita Rubio (Joel) and Janie Renteria. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
