He is survived by: his wife Jewell Purcell; his brother Norman Purcell (Debbie); his children, Frankie Mills, David, Mary Ann Bedient (Ed), Christel Jones (Michael), Charles Wheeler (Misty) and Brad Shepherd; his grandchildren, Gracie, Brandon, Caleb (Tuesday), Cameron (Laura), Chelsea, Matt (Ashlyn), Charley, Gabriel, Tyler and Brayden; his great grandchildren, Titus, Jadelyn, Ember, Wren and Tad; his niece Raylyn Young Jennifer (Lance); and his nephews, Paul Purcell (Mindy) and Scott Purcell. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, extended family members, and many cherished friends.
