He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Otis and Helen Lavada "Welch" Williams; and his siblings, Monte Dean Williams, Russell Lee Williams, Phyllis June Boese, Judy Kay Ramsey, Willetta "Billie" Elfers, Dolores Jean Dunn, Marjorie Sue Messick and Donna Marlene Emery.
He is survived by: his brothers, Stanley Joe Williams, Otis Emmett Williams Sr., Ronald Raymond Williams, Jerry Lynn Williams and Justin Dale Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
