She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Russell Simmons and Bernice Lucille Simmons (Plunk); her daughter Rachel Renee Horine; her grandson Dariel Horton; and her brothers, Tyrone, Dariel and Terry.
She is survived by : her daughters, Patricia Horton of Hominy and Leslie Horine of Old Prue; her grandchildren, Thomas Horton, Ashlyn Hendrix, Megan Owensby, Jeremiah Owensby, Lily Driscoll and Lane Horine; and her sister Ronda Madewell (Kennie) of Skiatook. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
