She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Ernest and Fern Ragsdale (Cunningham); her husband Jake Underwood; her children, Ricky Underwood, Clyde Underwood and Patty Underwood; and her siblings, Lon Ragsdale, Ronnie Ragsdale and Anne Wolfe.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Underwood and Michele Underwood (Tim Neugin); her grandchildren, Lacey Hayes, Kelsey Hayes and Sadie Pearl; her great grandchildren, Vulcan Miah, Aurera Miah, Nolan Miah, Derlynn Hayes, Sawyer Hayes, Blaire Annsley and Bud Thomas; her sisters, Cindy Kelley, Nita Jennings and Nancy Lowrey; and her siblings' children, Alexa Carter, Karlee Carrier, Kaitilynn Kelley, Caleb Kelley, Jadon Kelley, Mykaela Watkins and Hunter Adams.
