He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal E. Beattie and Betty Joe Beattie (Higgins); his wife Judith Ann Green; his siblings, Mary Beattie, Wanda Chambers and Randy Beattie; and his grandparents, Bill, Leona Beattie, Eugene and Eula Higgins (Martin).
He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby of Dalhart, TX and Karen Volkman (Rolland) of Hominy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
