She is survived by : her children, Thomas F. Phillips, Jr. (Margie), Richard Phillips (Monica), Nathan Phillips (Sabrina), Kathy Smith and Susan Pogue (Gary); her grandchildren, Michael Glenn, Heather Irick, Thomas Phillips, III, Lindsay Owens, Kathryn Dupree, Nathan Smith, Joshua Pogue, Monica Phillips, Samantha Phillips, Victoria Balbes and Amanda Phillips; her brother Marvin Armstrong; and her niece Charlotte Croom. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
