She is survived by: her daughter Cherlyn Forehand (Udell); her siblings, Sarah Barnes and James Fulk; her grandchildren, Michael Forehand and Shannon Roberson (Dusty13); and her siblings-in-law, Charlotte Perkins (Richie), Rhonda Barnett (Michael), Quint Archey and Russell Archey (DarlaNumerous).
