He was predeceased by: his former wife Ruth Bender; his parents, John Bender and Letha Bender (Green); his siblings, Jim Bender and Jean Ismail; and his children, Dani Grey Nunly and Billy Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Bender; and his children, Anita Rock (Robbie) of Porum, OK, Gary Morris (Karri) of Stigler, OK, Spencer Clark (Christine) of Greenwood, AR, Sarah Garrett (Neal) of Stillwell, OK, Patrick Clark (Alisa) of Bixby, OK and Rachel Green (Wayne) of Claremore, OK. He is also survived by Twenty-five grandchildren, Fifty-one great grandchildren.
