She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Armstrong Bailey (Starks) and Charles Edward Armstrong; her stepfather Lawrence Perry; her son Richard Perry; her siblings, Barbara Bailey and L. B. Bailey; her grandson Amaney Jackson; her niece Hazel Ray; and her nephew Michael Ray.

She is survived by: her children, Jean Davis (Ron) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mary Huff of Paris, Texas, Curtis Perry (Amanda) of Hugo, Oklahoma and Jessica Levingston of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law Beverly Perry; her sister Eddie Marie Ray; and her grandchildren, Curtarius Perry of Oklahoma City and Kie'Aira Perry of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by 35 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Annie Jean's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
