He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his children, Charlie McIntyre of Achille, OK, David Querdibitty (Celeste) of Maumelle, AR, Julie Reiswig (Gregg) of Denison, TX and Maureen Lesky (Justin) of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Jonathan Querdibitty, Daniel Querdibitty, Zachary T. McIntyre, Rachel F. McIntyre and Cameron Lesky; and his great grandchildren, Adina May, Cara May, June Querdibitty and Price Querdibitty.
