He is survived by: his wife Joyce Higgins; his children, Walter Higgins (Donna) of Hugo, OK, Brian Higgins of Hugo, OK and Misty Higgins of Hugo, OK; his grandchildren, Ashlee Richie (Doug), Downy Higgins, Katelynn Higgins, Amber Carnley, Brandi Childers, Stormie Childers and Geoffrey James; his great grandchildren, Marshon, River, Finn, Karim, Aleea, Serenity, Adrian, Grayson of Tallan, KJ and Kyah; and his sisters, Bertie McCann of Sulfur Springs, TX, Linda Osburne of Sulfur Springs, TX, Mella Rocha of Mt. Pleasant, TX and Oleta Elmore (Raymond) of Hutchins, TX.
