It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Hunter of Hugo, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Hunter and Pauline Ruth Hunter (Rogers); and his siblings, Jerry Hunter, Jimmy Hunter, Bill Hunter, Charles Edward Hunter, Doyle Hunter, John Hunter and Pat Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Dena Jo Kos; his son Bert Hunter (Deborah) of Hugo, OK; his adoptive son James Allen Hunter of Ada, OK; his stepsons, Dwight Kos (Cle Ola) of Hugo, OK and Fritz Kos (Susan Babcock) of Hugo, OK; and his siblings, Howard Hunter (Susan) of Dallas, TX and Judy Campbell of Gay, OK. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, friends.
