He is survived by: his wife Iantha Heady; his children, Jonathan Heady (Sarah), Curtis Heady, Frankie Heady Jr. (Jennifer) and Crissy Heady; his grandchildren, Jacob, Gabby, Dylan, Owen, Shaylynn, Tryndon, Safiera, Frankie III, Rayden, Arieanne, Landen, Avery and Scarlett; his siblings, Harlan Heady, Charles Heady, Beverly Bonomo, Gena Griffin, Carolyn Smith, Carol Floyd and Connie Adams; his stepmother Charlotte Heady; his mother-in-law Karen Nelson; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny Nelson Jr., Sheila Nelson and Reba Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members.
