He is survived by: his wife Theata Cogburn (Cooper) of Oleta, OK; his children, Casey Cogburn of Oleta, OK and Valorie Cogburn of Savanna, OK; his granddaughters, Skyelar "Buck" Cogburn of Fort Towson, OK and Kendall "Tuff" Cogburn of Antlers, OK; and his siblings, Kenneth Ray Cogburn (Liz) of Skedee, OK, Frankie Searles of Hugo, OK and Carloyn Striby of Hugo, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
