He was predeceased by: his father James Vernon "J. V. Pete" Chumley; his brothers, Gene Chumley and Troy Chumley; and the mother of his child Cathy Chumley. He is survived by: his mother Claudia Key Chumley; his son Derik Chumley; and his siblings, Joe Chumley (Linda) of Georgia, James Robert Chumley of Antlers, OK, Pam Littrell (Walter) of Jonesville, VA, Tammy Cloud (Terry) of Mabank, TX and Mandy Caldwell (Jerry) of Hugo, OK. He is also survived by 2 grandsons along with a host of friends.
