He was predeceased by: his parents, Buck Hunter and Pauline Hunter; and his siblings, Patsy Thompson, Charles Edward, Jr., John Hunter, Jimmie Hunter and Doyle Hunter.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Hansen; and his siblings, Judy Campbell and David Hunter (Howard Hunter).
