He is survived by: his wife Sandra Fout; his daughter Lauren Bratcher; and his sisters, Jane Anne Murphey of Texas, Irena Daniels of Texas, Terri Hamilton and Gerri Lynn Delozier. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
