He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene "Steve" White and Sharon Kay White (Vandeventer); and his grandparents, Jack, Chlorene Vandeventer, Gene and Mary Jo White.
He is survived by: his fiancée Jessica Lynn; his daughters, Jayce Kay White and Jentry Ray White; his brother Jeffrey White (Shelley) of Hugo, OK; and his stepmother Joyce White.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center of Houston, Texas or Baylor, Scott White, T Boone Pickens Cancer Center for cancer research.
