He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Jackson Covington and Jewel Covington (Dover); and his siblings, Elvin Covington, Barney Covington and Juanita Ables.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Covington of Hugo, OK, Jerry Covington of Boswell, OK, Ruth Jones of Hugo, OK, Lucille Ables of Talihina, OK, Virgie Henderson of Oklahoma City, OK and Mary Eskridge of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
