He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Louis Banduch and Katherine Battiest (Williams). He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Nelson (Battiest) of Durant, OK, Deborah Tomasi (Battiest) of Tulsa, OK, Larry Battiest of Albuquerque, NM, Cathy Davidson (Brown) of Grant, OK, Darryl Brown of Hugo, OK, Jeanette Coker (Banduch) of Stillwater, OK and Sherra Kaye. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Hugo (3151 E Jackson St, Hugo, OK 74743).
