It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Boykin (Hugo, Oklahoma), born in Alma, Arkansas, who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Cecil Albertson and Cora Albertson (Freeman); her husband Haston Boykin Sr.; her sisters, Beverly Wagner and Helen Davenport; and her grandson Daniel Boykin.
She is survived by: her children, Haston Boykin Jr. of Soper, OK, Tony Boykin (Pam) of Hugo, OK, Donna Francies (Jessie) of Hugo, OK and Valerie Needham (Darrell) of Soper, OK; and her siblings, David Albertson (Reba) of Pocola, OK, Bill Albertson of Oklahoma, Gayle Kannedi (Allen) of Pocola, OK and Betty Risley of Pocola, OK. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 9 great great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
