She was predeceased by: her parents, W. P. Kizer and Maude Kizer (Snow); her husband H. Stanley McDade; and her siblings, Lee Kizer (Rosella), G. L. Kizer (Daisy), Harry Kizer, Jerry Kizer (Iva), Lola May Kizer Walker (Gus) and Lorine Kizer.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Phillips of Hugo, OK, Terry McDade (Leona) of Argyle, TX, Janna Soderblom (Lorren) of Keller, TX, Larry McDade (Gloria) of Hugo, OK, Jane Davis of Harmony, IN and Frana Spangler of Ft. Worth, TX.. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren and the many great-grandchildren, and great- great grandchildren.
