He is survived by: his wife Linda Darlene; his children, David Brizendine of Irving, TX and Heidi Brizendine of Austin, TX; his stepchildren, Jacob Vining of Texarkana, TX and Melani Zimmerman of Aubrey, TX; his brother Darrell Brizendine (Ashley) of Ormond Beach, FL; and his cousins, Eddie Brizendine (Patty) of Rockwall, TX and Ronald Cox.
