He is survived by: his wife Betty Jeanne Johnson Duke; his children, Perry Wayne Duke (Cathey Sue) and Jenny Lynn Duke Smallwood (Cliff); his grandson Stuart Chase Smallwood; and his sister Laverne Griffin.
