He is survived by: his children, Raymon Fennell, Jr. of Fort Towson, OK and Ruby Stanford (Bill) of Fort Towson, OK; his grandchildren, Shane Stanford and Jenna Stanford; and his siblings-in-law, Kathryn Sales, Betty Sales and Rufus Sales.
