She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Curd; her son-in-law Donnie Allensworth; her grandchildren, Ashley Allensworth, Adam Allensworth and Luke Curd; her great grandchild Loretta Allensworth; and her siblings, Jack Colley, Rickey Slagle, Ronnie Slagle and Karen Dominey.
