He was predeceased by: his aunts, Maggie Wilson and Lucille Nichols; and his uncle Ned Wilson. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Hornett; his aunt Lou Hornett; and his cousins, Carol, Janice Hornett and Thompson Hornett. He is also survived by good friends and co-workers.
