She is survived by: her husband Gene Applegate; and her children, Kennith Freed (Melissa), Tammy Applegate (Timmy Applegate), Tommy Applegate and Priacilla Leatherman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
