Marie Laurence (Giard) Wells Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Laurence (Giard) Wells (Hydro, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Victor Emmanuel Giard and Rose Amande Victoria Giard (Charboneau); and her siblings, Bernard Giard (Irene), Paul Giard (Joan) and Jeannine Bright (Kenneth).
She is survived by: her children, Paula Wells, Vicki Holley (Jeff), Orric Keith Wells, Jr. (Ric), Karen Bartnick (Ron), Suzanne Wells, Jo Ann Wells-Veighey (Rich) and Jeffrey Wells; and her grandchildren, Harrison Drew Holley, Grace Busenlener (Andrew), Marie Bartnick and Luke Bartnick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Masonic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
