He is survived by: his wife Lillian Schantz; his children, Elizabeth Richert (Kurtis) of Buhler, KS, Jana Machniak (Matthew) of Adrian, MI, Benjamin Schantz (Sarah) of Weatherford, OK and Aaron Schantz of Hydro, OK.; his grandchildren, Abigail, Benaiah, Caleb, Gabriel, Elijah, Isaiah Machniak, Daniel, Shoshana, David, Josiah, Samuel Schantz, Alexis and Nathaniel Schantz; and his siblings, Debora Hooper (Anthony) and Steven Schantz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
