Betty Byassee Obituary

Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howren and Betty Howren (Atkinson); her husband Jerry Byassee; her son Kirby Byassee; and her sister Madeline Porter.
She is survived by: her sons, Kip Byassee (Debra), Kerry Byassee and Lorie Travis; and her brother Brent Howren. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Idabel.
