Betty Muse Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Muse of Idabel, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Dixon Branscum and Bertha Branscum (Buxton); her husband James Junior Muse; her brothers, Billy Joe, Johnny Ray, Jerry Dean and Glen Herbert Branscum; and her grandchildren, Nathan Miller and Ashley Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Saundra Driesel of Broken Bow, Cheryl Miller (Ronny) of Valliant, James Wesley Muse (Jan) of Broken Bow and Michael Wayne Muse (LaDonna) of Broken Bow; her sister Margaret Ann Ford of Sapulpa, OK; and her sister-in-law Roberta Branscum of McLoud, OK. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bunch - Singleton Funeral Home Chapel (205 N Broadway St, Broken Bow, OK 74728). A graveside service was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hochatown Cemetery.
