He is survived by : his daughter Kristin Hoffman-Collins; his brother Johnie Ray Hoffman; his grandchildren, Skyler Hoffman (Samantha), Wesley Collins, Casey Collins and Brayden Collins; and his great grandchildren, Kyson Hoffman and Azaylie Kraus.
